To "What wildcats for varmints, deer et. and bigger game?"
All wildcats! OK.
Varmints..Hard to beat the .223 or 22-250, but if you want a wildcat try the .22-30-30 improved. Brass is plentiful and it can be loaded form mild to wild. Best in a single shot but can be very accurate from a Marlin lever action with the right barrel.
Deer, etc... 7x57 Mauser, Ackley Improved, hands down, no competition. 150 grain bullet at 3100 fps. Shoots like a laser to 300yds or better, and kicks a lot less than a 7mm mag.
Big stuff..338-06. Not exactly a wildcat anymore, A-Square loads it. But it's hard to beat. If you must have a totally "wild" cat go to the .416-348 Win. Ackley Improved. Betters the British 450-400 Nitro Express. Good for everything from big deer to elephants, and in a lever action repeater too. You should start with a Winchester replica Mod.71. but a Marlin Mod.1895 may work. Good luck,

To "I want a cell phone."
I'm sorry, but at only twelve years old I have to go along with your folks on this one. The phones that your parents can program in who you can call and receive from is the best idea.
